DEFNOCO drone battery has a two-year after-sales warranty, and the warranty period is not calculated from the date of delivery, but from the date of the arrival of the goods to the port, providing customers with sufficient quality assurance.
During the warranty period,When the products have any quality problems, you could contact us in any way you like,such as Wechat,Email,Skype,Whatsapp or any other communication tools, and provide the serial number of the relevant product, which will help us to better serve you.And our after-sales engineer team will provide you with professional after-sales guidance and suggestions at any time.
Any product you buy from DEFNOCO has a 2-year and 2-months warranty period. Once the quality problem occurs due to non-human damage or non-force majeure factors within the warranty period, we will give you the following after-sales service methods.
Warranty Period
DEFNOCO drone batteries come with a 26-month warranty. The coverage starts from the goods’ arrival date at the port, not the delivery date. This ensures sufficient quality protection for customers.

Service Options
1. Remote Support
If we confirm a fixable issue through remote diagnosis, we’ll ship key components to your location. Our team will guide you through repairs online.
2. Factory Service
For complex issues we can’t resolve remotely, return the product to us. We’ll repair it at our factory and return it to you.
3. Onsite Repair
When remote solutions fail, we’ll dispatch technicians to your location to fix the problem directly.
4. Loyalty Discount
If multiple non-human damage issues occur during warranty, you may choose 1% off your next order instead of repair services.
Required Documentation
Keep your official purchase invoice and completed warranty certificate. Always present both documents for service requests. Without valid documentation, we’ll use the product serial number’s manufacturing date plus 1 month as warranty start date.
